How the programme works

Stage 1: Strategy & Setup

Months 1-3

Get clear on your niche, hero offer and set up your business foundations. Build your 1:1 programme, sales page, website structure, booking systems, onboarding flows and backend. You'll set up your business the right way — with clarity, confidence and compliance.

Stage 2: Attract & Build

Months 4-6

Start attracting clients and delivering your 1:1 service, with clinical guidance when you need it for real cases. Build and launch your lead magnet, email funnel and automations. Complete your website, refine your systems and map out your scalable offer.

Stage 3: Scale & Launch

Months 7-10

Design and build your scalable programme (digital product, course, group or membership).
Create your content, build your sales page and plan your marketing strategy. Launch with support for recurring revenue that gives you more freedom and impact.

Stage 4: Optimise & Grow

Months 11-12

Review your systems, delivery and results with your customised business dashboard. Optimise your pricing, processes and performance. Map out your strategy for the next 12 months with clarity as a confident business owner.

The Curriculum

Module 1: Business Foundations Setup

Set up your business professionally from day one, including legal, financial and operational systems. You'll define your niche, create your hero 1:1 offer, and understand how to run your practice with clarity and confidence.

Outcome: Your business is fully set up, compliant, and ready with a clear offer and pricing in place.

Module 2: Systems For Success

You’ll set up the tech and workflows needed to run your business smoothly, including your website, booking and payment systems, client onboarding, forms and sales page.

Outcome: Your platform is live and ready for clients, with a working sales page and automated systems behind it.

Module 3: Marketing Foundations & Lead Generation

Learn how to attract the right clients with a lead magnet, email sequence, and opt-in funnel — plus plan out your first month of content with a simple, focused strategy.

Outcome: Your marketing funnel is in place, your emails are automated and you’re ready to attract and nurture leads.

Module 4: Launch & Attract Your First Clients

This module brings everything together. You’ll learn how to run discovery calls, manage bookings and deliver your 1:1 programme with confidence. You’ll also set up simple systems for collecting feedback and reviewing what’s working.

Outcome: You’re fully equipped to promote and deliver your 1:1 programme, with the systems and structure in place to support your client experience.

Module 5: Scalable Offer Planning & Design

You’ll explore scalable business models and design your first 1:many offer (such as a course, group programme or membership). We’ll support you in structuring the content, pricing it appropriately and preparing a pre-launch plan.

Outcome: You’ve mapped and priced your scalable programme and created your pre-launch plan.

Module 6: Build & Prepare to Launch

You’ll build your scalable 1:many offer inside your business platform, set up onboarding systems, and prepare your launch assets, from emails to graphics to presentation slides.

Outcome: Your scalable offer is fully built and your launch plan is ready to go.

Module 7: Launch Your Scalable Offer

You'll implement your launch strategy and start to deliver your offer with confidence. You’ll also track performance and gather feedback to optimise in future.

Outcome: You’ve completed your first launch and delivered your offer with systems to support both you and your clients.

Module 8: Optimise & Plan for What's Next

This final module focuses on reviewing your business performance, streamlining systems and creating a clear plan for sustainable growth. You’ll step into a more strategic role and build out your 12-month roadmap.

Outcome: You’ll have a structured, long-term business plan, with the clarity and systems to support ongoing growth and development.

When and how can I join the Mentorship?

We run three Mentorship cohorts every year, starting in January, April and September/October. *Applications are now open for our January 2026 cohort.*

We follow a term-time structure, so there are no trainings or live calls during Easter, Summer or Christmas holidays.

Autumn Term: Oct – Dec (break over Christmas)

Here's what happens every week inside the Mentorship:

- A new module training is released every Monday morning

What if I can't make the live calls?

All the calls are recorded and uploaded to your Mentorship hub, so you can catch up anytime. You'll be able to follow the programme fully even if you can’t attend live every week. You’ll also have access to our private community chats, where you can ask questions, get feedback and stay connected between sessions.

You can join the Mentorship in one of two ways:

The Mentorship is designed to build not just a business, but your future. The curriculum is structured so that you are set up and ready to start taking clients and earning income by Months 3-4, before moving on to scalable offers that can bring you more freedom, more income and more impact.

Why is the Mentorship 12 months?

Building a real, sustainable business takes time, and we’re not here for quick fixes. The Mentorship is designed to guide you through every stage: from setup and client delivery, to scalable offers and long-term growth.

The 12-month delivery gives you enough time and space to implement properly, stay accountable and avoid burnout along the way. We go strategic and steady, with training and practical tasks built into every week to move you forward. You don’t need to do it all at once, but you’ll always know what to do next.

What happens at the end of the Mentorship?

At the end of your 12-month programme, you'll graduate from the Mentorship and have the opportunity to join our Wellconnect Pro Membership for £149/month. This is our monthly rolling membership and gives you continued access to your full Business Suite (tech platform) to continue running and growing your business, as well as our Members' Club training, resources, live events, Q&As and community.

You also have the option to downgrade to the Lite Membership, which is our Business Suite plan for £99/month. This is the tech platform only and does not include access to the Members' Club Academy, trainings, or live events.

Both the full Pro Membership and Lite Membership plans are rolling monthly subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time.

Is the Mentorship all year round?

The programme itself runs year-round, but we open enrolment three times per year (January, April, and October) to keep each cohort focused and supported. This structure gives you momentum and helps us maintain a high level of personalised support for everyone inside.

What's the difference between the Mentorship and the Wellconnect Membership?

The Mentorship is a 12-month guided programme with structured curriculum, live coaching, 1:1 feedback and full tech setup. It's designed to help you build or scale your business from the ground up, so it's perfect when you're starting out or relaunching.


The Membership is a monthly membership that gives you access to the Wellconnect Business Suite (tech platform), resources, and community. You'll still be supported with live group Q&As, but this is better suited to practitioners who are already running their business and wanting to streamline and scale.

Think of the Mentorship as the full business build-and-grow experience. The Membership is ongoing support for those already in practice - or those who are confident in building themselves without the hands-on support of the Mentorship.

What are the dates for the 2025-2026 Mentorship Programme intakes?

We run three intakes per year to give you focused support and a clear momentum-building start:

Each intake includes a live welcome call ahead of the start date (the Wednesday before), where we walk you through the programme, help you get set up on the platform and connect you with your cohort. You’ll have space to prepare and begin your mentorship with clarity and support from day one.
